Do you accept insurance?+
No. Black Sheep Therapy is out-of-network. I provide superbills you can submit for partial reimbursement.
Virtual or in-person?+
Both. Virtual is available in MN, WI, and FL. In-person is at the Minneapolis office.
What does a first session look like?+
60 minutes. We'll cover what brought you here, what you've already tried, and whether this is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll point you to someone better suited.
Sliding scale?+
A small number of reduced-fee slots open each cycle. Ask about availability when you reach out.
